Ava Has a House for Rent

Hello! I'm looking for a roommate in my 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home in the Orchards area (almost Hockinson area) of Vancouver, WA. My family and I have a master bedroom and bathroom available for rent for 1000. It includes all utilities and wifi. The room has a large walk in closet and hookups for a television. It is upstairs in the home. Washer is also available for use upstairs and there is an additional half bathroom available for use downstairs. The living room and kitchen is fully furnished as well as an office space in the corner of the room. We also have a grill in the backyard that is available for use. The neighborhood is safe and hasn't had any issues with crime. Newer homes in the neighborhood. Our parking garage is available for you to park in as well. Looking for a clean roommate and all types of pets are welcome except for dogs. We are an LGBTQ friendly and respectable family. There is two adults and one school age child that live here along with 4 cats that are also very friendly and get along well with each other. I travel frequently for work.
