Have you always dreamed about living with a weird, idiosyncratic artist - along with his elderly dog Lola and her cat - who keeps very unusual hours? If so, then boy, do I have an apartment for you. It's an incredibly roomy two bedroom with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and lots of windows and light everywhere, literally right off Coventry Road in the heart of beautiful Cleveland Heights. There's loads of restaurants and other stuff around. The kitchen is kind of small and for myself that's whatever, but if you're like Bobby Flay or something then why are trying to live here in the first place? Lease is month to month, but I'd prefer it if you weren't just transitioning or some kind of transient. Pets are fine so long as they don't bother my dog and her cat, who are both “all set” with other animals. Not mean or anything, but definitely “all set”. We pay for electric, gas, and wifi. It has free parking on the street, plus a paid option in a parking lot that's just feet from the back stoop. This is a privately owned complex of apartments, and the landlord is very nice, reasonable, responsible, and prompt to fix any problems that arise. Rent is $950 a month, with each roommate paying $475 a piece.
