Jose is Looking for a Room to Rent

Hi there, My name is Jose Quispe, I’m 19 years old, and I’m a student at VCC (Vancouver Community College). I am currently looking for a place to stay long-term and your room caught my attention. To tell you a bit about myself: I am a very responsible, quiet, and organized person. I take pride in keeping my living space clean and I’m very respectful of house rules and others' privacy. I don’t smoke, I don’t have pets, and I don't throw parties, as I’ll be focused on my studies. I’m looking for a peaceful environment where I can study and rest.
